elec-initial-charge <QNet>

Description:

Initialize a system with <QNet> excess electrons compared to a neutral system. If target-mu is specified, this charge will change upon SCF / minimization.

Properties:

Forbids:     target-mu

Allow multiple:    no

Default:     (None)
