Syntax:

electric-field <Ex> <Ey> <Ez>

Description:

Apply an external electric field (in Cartesian coordinates, atomic units [Eh/e/a_0] and electron-is-positive sign convention).

Applied electric field must be zero along periodic directions. Requires embedded coulomb truncation for the truncated directions.

Symmetries will be automatically reduced to account for this field.
