Syntax:

exchange-parameters <exxScale> [<exxOmega>=0]

Description:

Override exact-exchange parameters in a hybrid functional. Here <exxScale> is the scale fraction of exact exchange, and <exxOmega> is the screening parameter. This is only supported for internal hybrid functionals PBE0 and HSExx, and not for the LibXC hybrid functionals.
