fluid-dielectric-tensor <epsBulkXX> <epsBulkYY> <epsBulkZZ>

Description:

Override bulk static dielectric constant of fluid with a tensor, assuming that the Cartesian axes are the principal axes, without loss of generality. Supported only for LinearPCM.
